Let me begin by saying that a Christian Academy is not at the top of our priority list for ministries in Texas. That said, we are open to the possibility of eventually offering such a service, once the workers are available. This particular ministry will not be available until we have qualified workers available to shoulder the responsibility. Although I believe the availability of quality Christian education is important, we as a family are not able to handle that responsibility by ourselves. It is our desire, as the Lord allows, to open an academy to allow for Bible-based teaching as an alternative to the secular teaching offered in the public schools of southern Texas.
