"Nadie tiene mayor amor que éste, que ponga alguno su vida por sus amigos."
     - San Juan 15:13

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
     - John 15:13

God provides in many ways, but He generally does so through an individual. We are providing this listing of needs for those that may be interested in being used of God to financially or prayerfully support this ministry in some way. We appreciate everything each and every one of you does for us.  We are grateful that God is so faithful to provide for our immediate physical requirements that this list remains very short.  Our biggest need is for additional supporting churches for long-term support.

Physical/Financial Needs
- Additional Funds for the repair & outfit of the ministry buildings in Rio Grande City (need at least $5,500 additional funds)
Some of our biggest single expenses are as follows:

          $300 - interior trim (floor/ceiling) in office
$100 - painting newly finished exteriors of office/workshop/casita
$200 - installing tile in casita for shower and vanity
$100 - install 2 ceiling fans in casita

Prayer Needs
- Ability to quickly learn the Spanish language, began language school on September 2, 2008
- Holy Spirit to be working in the lives of those who will eventually be the leaders of the churches we have the opportunity to start

Short-Term Mission Needs
As we continue to establish this ministry here in the Valley, we are in need of additional physical assistance in terms of short-term missions.  Ideally, we would prefer a group of 4-6 men who could come for a week or more to help in the repair/upgrade of several things on the property.  At this time, due to the language barrier, only limited opportunities for evangelism would be possible (ie distributing tracts, etc.)  Please also understand that some of these items may not be possible to be completed until additional funds are secured.

NOTE: Due to our weather, we can accomodate groups ANY TIME of year (including winter).

Listed below are some of the physical needs we have around the property:
- New roof over workshop portion of garage.  Due to pitch of roof, it cannot be shingled.  Will need to lay metal roofing over the existing roof.
- Paint interior of casita
- Install 2 ceiling fans in casita
- Replace rotten wooden exterior trim on ENTIRE casita and garage
- General property cleanup, including "raking" rocks, leveling dirt, filling holes, etc.
- Install mop sink in garage laundry area
- Build additional shelving in garage
- Build forms and lay/finish concrete for sidewalk to casita (approximately 100' in length)
- Build forms and lay/finish concrete for driveway parking (approximately 50' in length x 20' in depth)
- Build flowerbeds along newly layed sidewalk
- Plant trees/flowers along sidewalk and along property line
- Remove deteriorating wooden fencing and overgrown vegetation along 1 property line (approximately 100' in length)
- Minor landscaping along property line where wire fencing was removed
- Repair cracks in exterior stucco siding on garage
- Fix cracking/leaning issue with chimney on garage
- Sand walls/floor in office and paint
- Paint exterior of casita and garage
- Build 1-2 new wooden gates/gateways to replace deteriorating existing gates/gateways
- Install new exterior lighting on garage and casita
- Remove excess piping from exterior of casita
- Install fencing around outside heat pump/phone/electrical/etc connections
- Remove all existing cabling that has been cut by the cable company
- Re-Lay bricks on sidewalk to the left of the house
